Our Green Credentials

Nobody is perfect, but we’re trying. This year we are taking the BS8555 environmental British Standard, and we’re keen to help protect the environment. We’re cutting back on our travelling, and using public transport more. If at all possible we prefer to have a telephone conference or a tele-meeting to keep our carbon emissions low.

Of course using web and Internet communications is very important for reducing print and the use of paper, but when it’s necessary, we use recycled paper or FSC paper.

When it comes to buying new electrical equipment we look for the greenstar logo, which means a lower use of energy. Of course we always turn off our lights when we go home, and we would rather wear a nice warm cardigan than turn on the heating (oh dear, has that just ruined that glamorous PR image?)
